Lady is a gynoid robot. She is officially the property of a space pirate known as Cobra, but she has complete freedom of will and movement.
She was enlisted by Prof Wright when he began constructing the clinic, as a deputy and assistant.
She has accepted because it gives her a means to maintain the spaceship of her owner, Cobra, who has gone undercover for some time to escape from his numerous enemies.

Lady has always made it clear that she would leave the clinic should Cobra call for her, but has been otherwise utterly loyal to Prof Wright ever since they met.
She is in charge of running all the day-to-day affairs of the clinic, getting sure that everything runs smoothly and managing the relationships between the various department heads It is very difficult to know what she thinks. She rarely speaks and tries to stay away from the rivalries whenever she can. She only intervenes to settle disputes too minor to disturb the professor with.

Of course, there is always a question about her loyalty, but can you be sure of anyone, nowadays ?
