Punsaurus 2 is the reincarnation of the original Punsaurus.  Dr. Arnie had
some fondness for the original since it gave her a public approval that most
bio-weapon designers lack.  So she decided to create a smaller version which
was neither as angry as the original nor emanated lethal dosages of radiation.
What she came up with was a smaller, "super-deformed" version of the first
Punsauraus which was inspired by the Joys and Jenny's discussions about
"pocket monsters."

At first Punsaurus 2 didn't do much except sleep and be a paperweight in
Dr. Arnie's office but soon he started warming up to the place.  He originally
chased Spyders around much to everybody's annoyance but he then began to
retrieve damaged Spyders from inaccessible areas like air vents.  He eventually
proved his worth when he teamed up with Dr. Leonard Samson in forcing the
alien deviant Zirk off of Institute property.  He now can be seen patrolling the
hallways or being cuddled by the staff or patients.  Dr. Kevin Sleet doesn't
like Punsaurus Jr. much, he thinks the little critter acts like it owns the
place.

Powers: Like it's former predecessor, Punsaurus 2 utilizes "electric radiation."
The tip of his tail is constantly glowing and dissipates energy and radiation
harmlessly under normal conditions.  When he becomes angry or needs to fight
in battle an "electrical radiation" bolt arches from his tail which can either
hit his helmet so he can direct the power into a beam, or it hits his weapon
Winslow which stores an electrical charge...when he throws Winslow the area
the charged energy explodes upon impact with no damage to the weapon.  Unlike
Punsaurus 1,  Punsaurus Jr.'s radiation levels are far lower and his energy
eminations are more electrical than irradiated.

Winslow: Punsaurus Jr.'s battleaxe comes from the original Winslow with only
the shaft of the axe being shortened and modified.  Winslow is now more
balanced for throwing and he can use it in a more versatile manner.  Winslow
is so heavy that even Dr. Leonard Samson is unable to lift it, and Punsaurus
Jr. is the only one who can lift and wield it properly.

Odd fact: Even though nobody is strong enough to lift or wield his battleaxe
Winslow, anybody can pick Punsaurus Jr. up while he's holding onto Winslow.
He occasionally plays a prank by handing Winslow to the person who picked him
up and then jumping out of that person's arms.  So far nobody's suffered any
injuries from falling because of Winslow's weight but Dr. Arnie's research
assistant Eudial was once pinned under the battleaxe overnight.  He also
stopped a patient who was trying to escape through the air vents by placing
Winslow on her back.  She was pinned under Winslow until he was able to bring
some Spyders around to secure her and drag her out of the vents.
