Ms. Catherine Margrave serves as Mr. Grimbor Chainsman's personal Executive Assistant. Her primary duty is to reduce his workload by serving as a buffer between him and our administrative staff. She also chairs meetings he can't attend, performs off-site presentations to organizations interested in partnership or sponsorship of the Institute, handles initial meetings with outside vendors, vets people who come seeking appointments directly with him with full authority to approve or deny their requests and so on. Through her reliability and work ethic she has gained his trust and he has delegated increasing amounts of authority to her. She even briefly served as Acting Head of the Chainsman Institute in April 2003 and was praised by Mr. Chainsman for the quality of her work after he returned. She reports directly to Mr. Chainsman and has his full confidence but despite rumours to the contrary their relationship is strictly professional. While initially cautious she has fit well into the Institute and become popular with the staff. She has grown very fond of Prank Day and together with Catty Nebulart, Melanie and Erica has formed a group known as the Merry Pranksters. Which among other things likes to welcome new staff members by being the first to treat them to an inaugural prank. Ms. Margrave originally arrived at the Institute as a voluntary patient having suffered acute depression in the wake of a traumatic incident. After six months of treatment under the care of Doctor Quinzelle she was discharged and applied for the newly created Executive Assistant position. She had been tipped off about it by her therapist who had seen her potential during their time together. The pair have since become close friends, feeling they share some common life experiences which give them a rare bond. Grimbor Chainsman considers her a godsend and has said he doesn't know how he'd cope without her. He recently joked about chaining her to her desk if she ever tries to quit. At least I think he was joking.

Let's continue the tour shall we?
