Jace Draccus Jace is something of an itinerant wanderer who passes by from time to time to chronicle accounts of behind the scenes life at the Institute. While not
an actual member of staff, and not having assisted in any captures, he is
nevertheless very interested in our capture technology, and hopes to
collaborate upon advances in the future.

in to assist with the redesign of the Spyders and greatly contributed to the
creation of the Mark II unit.

Metal Moe Space/Time Fugitive Reallocation Specialist. Deals with subjects that aren't in the current time stream. Has several agents working for him at one time. Recently visited the "Lost Land" seeking the "Speaker of Forever Light"

Shindig Bingo Freelance Space/Time Perpetrator Locator. A Bounty Hunter specialising in ExtraContinua quarries he recently acquired and brought in the mystery woman "Kid" so we could determine her connection to his primary target Schala Zeal.

Dr. Jonathan Spires Dr.Spires started out as a mutant vigilante called Terrify. His career thankfully came to an abrupt end when he allowed himself to be used as an experiment in Orochi blood by Rugal Bernstein. The experiment and subsequent enhancement was successful, but he nearly died in the process, which led him to re-evaluate his life. He started a moderately successful psychiactric practice in Buffalo, New York, circumstances forcing him to forge business deals with Hydra and Advanced Idea Mechanics. His most successful case was the former Gear Messiah, Justice, whom he has completely rehabilitated, and now serves as his assistant and bodyguard. He came to discover the Chainsman Institute after taking on several female patients he didn't feel he could treat himself. After a tour of the Institute and a close-up look at their various methods of therapy, he's agreed to continue to provide patients for the Institute from his practice.
